Is it normal to not dress nicely most of the times?

I hardly dress nicely. Only when it matter most, I wear good clothes. Even when I'm with my friends, I look like an asshole.

It isn't like I wear bad clothes.But I wear shorts 24x7.im a guy

    It was 40° last night here in Dover, Delaware, and there was this guy at the restaurant we went to who wore shorts, but he also kinda looked like Santa Claus on crack, and he talked really loud.
