Is it normal to not care that much about sex in a relationship

First of all, I am not asexual, and a good sex life would be preferable. But honestly, it is one of my lowest priorities for what I'm looking for. There is so much more importance in true love for me. I would wait if the other person wanted to.
It may be of significance that I am demisexual.
