Is it normal to never be offered weed and never to hear from any dealers ever

I go to a college that is famous for smoking weed. However, I don't even know any dealers and I am never asked by anybody if I want to buy weed or anything. The only time I have access to weed is at some of the very few parties I go to.

Is It Normal?

    I'm the same with kitchen appliances. At no time in my life has any approached me and offered me a kettle. I've resorted to having to find out where I can buy kettles and then going there and buying them. Although I've never actually bought a kettle of course because it's against my religious beliefs.

    Get dreads and walk around campus barefoot. You'll be fending dealers off with a stick.

    Lol that's sad because I'm in high school and been offered it and smoke it... And I live In a place where police live in my neighborhood and one of the richest counties in USA... So yep you should get out more often

    Dorm rat, go outside more often. Go hang out with some stoners or partiers im sure you'll be introduced to a dealer.
