I can't help myself with soda though, if I see I'm out of it I run out and buy some just so I have it beside my bed at night. I go through a 2 litre I'm 2-3 days.
That is too much, sounds like you are addicted.cut back and then get off it . That stuff ain't good. But look on the bright side at least its not a bottle of liquor you need beside the bed and have to run out to buy when its getting low-now that's a real problem.
I had a friend who was addicted to soda and would drink 2 or 3 liters a day and it effected her heart. She had a couple of heart attacks and still would not quit. It was literally the death of her.
