I'll be honest here, I had to look up what the silent duck is. Either way, I would say it's normal if you do genuinely prefer that over other sexual experiences. Just as long as you aren't obsessed with it.
Unfortunately, if you have to go to a professional just because you aren't fisting/getting fisted; you aren't normal.
