    i showed a chick how to stick weld the other day and she was gettin all emotional about how much she sucked at it compared to me whos been doin it for 35 years

    it took everthing i had to be encouragin and not call her an idiot for thinkin she should instantly be good at somethin so fiendishly difficult

        its not that hard once you get it but it takes a shitloada practice to get there

        ive found that if they stick with it women make better welders since it takes the fine coordination and concentration that helps women have overall better handwriting than men
