ok i just recently found out that this guy who i thought was my cousin is not related to me is it normal to mess around with him i.e sexual stuff he said that he likes me and i like him to is that normal

    Well, the whole situation is not what you would call "normal." But it is normal to be sexually attracted to members of the opposite sex, and if you know him well and feel safe with him then you may be more inclined to make out/"mess around" with him. This isn't the best idea though, because you may be mistaking feelings of familial trust with feelings of romance/lust. Just be careful and make sure you actually like him.
