there's a lot of the question in my mind about masturbation.

There is no straight answer to your question. I as a Man masturbate at least once a day, sometimes twice. I still enjoy having sex with my wife in the evenings as well.
From what I have heard from the woman I have spoken to about masturbating, is that they enjoy it just as much as guys!How often they do it on the other hand remains somewhat of a mystery.
Remember guys can wank just about anywhere without raising to much suspicion, girls on the other hand need a private place as playing with your pussy requires lubrication which becomes "noisy".

There is no real answer for how many times you should "mastutbate", but i would say 1x per week is the healthiest IMO (even though i cant do it ahaha). If you do more than 1x / day every day for a long period it can be an addiction and eventualy bring some outher problems.
