See for me it's scratchy things. Mainly this...*sigh* Telletubby foot that I have from when I was a kid. Like just a few months old. I have since separated the scratchy foot part from the whole big stuffed Telletubby, but I think it's only made my compulsion worse. Now it's more portable. My friends think it's "cute" but I'm 18 years old and I'm pushing my luck with the whole cute thing. I rub it between my fingers and on my lips. I also smell it. It's so weird, and I wish I didn't feel compelled to do this all the time.
