I lost mine at 14 and I still look back. I question myself and I feel like I was too young at the time to be doing such things. But I don't hate myself for it or anything. I just question my actions.
13 is honestly a little too young, but it's the past. You can't change it. Don't self-shame yourself for losing it at 13. As long as you knew what you were doing (or at least a little bit) and practiced safe sex, you're good.
All I could think about for a year after was me losing it at 14. I would get filled with so much shame. I had no one to talk to about this, so I was totally alone. Telling my friends would mean I would be shunned out of the group, so I kept this all to myself. Honestly, it was too much pressure for a 15 year old.
Don't push yourself too hard about it. The past is the past, leave it behind. Reflecting on it is just going to make it harder for you.
