Is it normal to lose motivation/fun for things when you feel down
I am always usually the strongest emotionally of my friends, and always appear that way on the outside for the benefit of everyone and myself.
Sometimes the cup overfills though and bottled up sadness pours out. I admit I am too fearful to make a major change that will fix this, but when I feel this way I just don't feel like doing anything, even the things I enjoy...
