You don't need to act any sort of way when you are out there...but thinking that no one will be like her..well yes no one will be but maybe that's good because you are not together now for a reason.if she were the one you would be together or will end up together..but it isn't normal that 6years later you are still so down that you don't want to try at all.people suck they are fake jerks..90% of the time..and I get that part of it..but the 10% are out there and they are worth the struggle to get through the jerks. When you run into a ten percenter you will know it and you will know you are not eating time.
