Is it normal to listen to music over 99% of the time?

I have spotify premium and work from home. Only a few friends and I live by myself in a small apartment. I have like 3 or 4 nice blutooth speakers in there, lots of headphones and stuff and I play music all the fucking time. Literally somtimes is several days straight with no more than the break between songs. I fall asleep with soft music playing and work on certain things with it playing ect. I have speakers set up so while I'm showering, getting dressed or using the restroom I keep it going. Is this normal? Is this a problem? I am super reliant on it but it will always be there so I'm not worried.

During high school, you couldn’t get earbuds out of my ears. At home, sleeping, shower, bus, classes, breakfast, lunch, etc. I had a decent amount of friends that I would talk to (while still listening to music on a low volume). It got to the point where I would just multitask a conversation/listen with one ear —but as long as you take care of yourself, can still maintain touch with the outside world, and have some human interaction, then yeah. It’s normal 🙃
