Is it normal to listen to music over 99% of the time?

I have spotify premium and work from home. Only a few friends and I live by myself in a small apartment. I have like 3 or 4 nice blutooth speakers in there, lots of headphones and stuff and I play music all the fucking time. Literally somtimes is several days straight with no more than the break between songs. I fall asleep with soft music playing and work on certain things with it playing ect. I have speakers set up so while I'm showering, getting dressed or using the restroom I keep it going. Is this normal? Is this a problem? I am super reliant on it but it will always be there so I'm not worried.

Is It Normal?

  • During high school, you couldn’t get earbuds out of my ears. At home, sleeping, shower, bus, classes, breakfast, lunch, etc. I had a decent amount of friends that I would talk to (while still listening to music on a low volume). It got to the point where I would just multitask a conversation/listen with one ear —but as long as you take care of yourself, can still maintain touch with the outside world, and have some human interaction, then yeah. It’s normal 🙃
