      I would think in tis case it means swallow. To it does have diff. meanings.

          Philia: Loving feeling.
          Vorarephilia: Wanting to be swallowed whole* by another creature or the opposite, wanting to swallow another creature whole*.

    The only vore I know of is the Vore monster from the video game Quake lol.
