The more difficult puzzles give much higher mental benefits. Learn about Cross-hatching, X-wings, pointers, locked pairs, triplets, and swordfish formations. https://www.sudokuonline.io/tips/advanced-sudoku-strategies

Puzzles keep your IQ from wasting away. Crosswords are especially good and also keep your language fluency high. I do diabolical level sudoku puzzles. Difficult sudoku puzzles are also benefical and they stress logic heavily.

Sudoku is a pretty trash puzzle, honestly. Nonograms are really fun, though.

I hadn't heard of nonograms before and the first thing that came to mind was a "no-no gram" like some kind of naughty messaging service

That's a pretty cool site. It looks a lot like the kind of site made by a hobbyist programmer. Do you know the person/people who maintain the site or did you just stumble across it?

I don't know the person who made it. I don't actually remember why I know it exists, either. I just know that it does. Some of the games are pretty good.
