Is it normal to like ketchup with fried chicken

I was talking to my GF, and she thought it was weird that I like ketchup and fried chicken together. Now I understand that Honey Mustard or Ranch are probably the most popular, but I like ketchup too.

    I don't really eat most fried chicken with any kind of sauce. I prefer it just to be seasoned good.

    personally, i hate ketchup but it’s normal to enjoy condiments with almost any food, especially meat. so yes of course it’s normal, people just might have opinions about it but that doesn’t mean your uncommon opinion is abnormal

    Is that what you wash the chicken down with.? Some fried chicken and big ole glass of ketchup. Or is it Catsup ? Or does it make a difference ? What is the difference, anyone know ?

      Ketchup and catsup are the same thing. Catsup was originally the more popular term until larger brands, such as Heinz, started to refer to there products as Ketchup.
