This is a fairly common thing for people to enjoy. "Golden showers" it's how it is affectionately referred to by those who enjoy it.
And for those who said you could get sick--you're not going to get sick from urine on the skin. In fact, if you are ever out in the wilderness (or otherwise can't to get any anti-septic solution) and you get a cut/abrasion, you can pee on it to sterilize the wound!
