This doesnt make you a monster as some people seem to be suggesting, but it does suggest you need some help with managing your kids. Can you put them in daycare, or take them to a babysitters? Do you have family who could look after them and give you the space you need? Bringing up kids is really hard so no one should be judging you for this, you probably arent harming them but I do think it'd be better to rope in a babysitter. The last thing you want is your kids growing up remembering this and resenting you.
