I have the tendency to laugh when I see midgets mentally retarded people, diformed people. I know it's wrong but I can't help it sometimes.

    Wow, i thought this was about like "Thats what she said" or pervertedness. You can laugh but Just make sure your alone and no one knows. because that can be hurtfull to them
