I always thought crazy people didn't know they were crazy yet I can see myself slipping into insanity. I get worse every year.

    True insanity is unrecognizable to the person who is suffering.

      But couldn't I know something is really wrong without knowing what.

      I think psychosis is unknowable but maybe not insanity.
