I don't know if the question is .. IIN to inject between your toes or .. is IIN to inject heroin period? I don't think injecting heroin is normal at all . I can see why morphine and things are used in the hospital for patients but I definitely do not agree with people's street use of heroin so I would say NO and also advise you to seek help because many other things feel good that are a lot safer and wont destroy your life completely . best of luck
