I don't understand why anyone would go to the trouble of getting their anus bleached, and I understand even less how having lighter skin around your turd-cutter would somehow "enhance sexual pleasure", but hey, whatever floats your boat.

It's a pointless procedure done only for cosmetic purposes. The part about it enhancing sexual pleasure in the anus is a myth. I honestly don't get why a person would care so much about how dark their anus is to the point that he or she wastes money bleaching it.
