Is it normal to have unintentional sexual thoughts about people who disgust me?

Okay, sometimes i see people at my school or on the street who i personally find disgusting or unbearable to look at. Many people simply sicken me. And then sometimes i have these bizarre split-second images of these people in compromising positions or engaging in sexual acts. These images make me want to throw up, but i can't seem to permanently block them from my mind. Is that at all normal? Please help?

    Oh god yes. Fucking nasty. Like extreme deeptroating and stuff. Really nasty and fucked up. jesus. I hate it to hell
