This is the same person who wrote the other post about the roommate who idolized Manson. You know who I am but I dont want to openly admit these things. I've been in councilling for a long time now. They don't really help me and send me to the hospital any time I am open about how I really think. I badly want help but don't know how so I discuss it anonomously on forums like this. I'm coming to realize my mind has been fucked and there seems to be no actual treatment. Therapy has made me worse because they betray me.
Intrusive thoughts is a symptom of OCD. The thoughts are distressing and while it may seem like your own thoughts you have little control over them. There is help out there you just need to know where to find it.
