Is it normal to have shaky hands?

So this is something that I've had for quite a long time, but I always seem to have very shaky hands (or just body in general), regardless of (perceivable) stress.
I don't really know what to do once I start noticing it, and the more I think about it the worse it gets.
This isn't the most in-depth description, of course, but I still wanna know you guys' opinion on this.

Try propranolol, its a beta blocker often used for tremors.

There are no known doctors on this website, best not risk your health asking tips from unqualified strangers over the net, and pay visit to actual qualified professionals or even at least use webmed or health related websites..

I don't see anyone claiming to be a doctor. Not everyone has the ability to pop in to a doctor for everything. O.P can get a few ideas and educate themselves first before visiting an expensive resource while having no clue. It's much better to go in educated.

For health related tips there are health related websites like webmed, where there are actual medical professionals, you yourself suggested the user to google it.

Could be something serious, but rule out simple stuff first.

Do you drink lots of coffee? Some people are more sensitive than usual to caffeine and it can cause tremors.

Well stress and anxiety can cause this but if you have it even in a relaxed state you should look it up

It's not normal and you should go see a doctor especially if it's getting worse. There are many conditions that can cause tremors so it's important to get a diagnoses to make sure the tremors aren't caused by something dangerous.
