    Honey, your older "friend" has no intention of telling your mom ever. Unless the two of you start shacking up I would suggest that you don't tell mom either. You are an adult now. Your intimate sexual life is no longer any of mom's business. Besides, why would you want to freak your mom the fuck out this way? But keep in mind that she is your mom.
