Is it normal to have problem with understanding abstract objects like self?

Due to my anxiety and something similar to Existential Crisis, I resort to speaking with someone that frequently say "Accept yourself for what they are". I wonder if I should accept someone (or something), then it must be a third person entity, but myself cannot be a third person.

Nihilist here. You don't really understand it - if you think about literally *anything* too hard, it stops making sense - you just sort of accept it and roll with it. I don't know for sure anything I see is real, but that doesn't stop me from having fun.

It's called autism when someone doesnt grasp abstract thinking.

Speaking about yourself in the third person is appropriate if you are delving into the external viewpoint of your actions; note this should be done internally and not out loud, otherwise you sound like a Khajiit or a crazy person.
