Is it normal to have pretty skin but be ugly?

People tell me all the time I have pretty/beautiful skin and when I look in my mirror at home, I think I look pretty. When I look in other mirrors (like hairdressers mirrors or the mirrors in clothing stores-basically every mirror that is outside my house), I think I look ugly. And despite almost everyone telling me I have pretty skin, I rarely/barely get compliments on having a pretty face or being attractive. Is it possible that maybe that everybody tells me that I have pretty skin but am actually an ugly girl?

    Similarly, I've been told I have a nice complexion (no pimples or anything), but I think the structure of my face is not good.

    My ugliness also varies from mirror to mirror. I still voted not normal, though.

    It is possible to have very pretty clear flawless skin but have an 'ugly' face/facial structure.

    Oh my lord do I know, I always look horrible in the mirrors at my hair stylist. Nice skin is the easiest way for women to complement eachother, it's hard to compliment anything else without being condescending. I am sure you are beautiful, don't worry about what others think too much.
