It's basically a morals question, most men view women who have a lot of partners as low moral and most guys don't want a woman that has already been with half the town. No matter how hard political correctness or gender equality tries, this will never change.
I feel like I had to explain this to you once before, but no, that last part about it never changing is pure idiocy. It's already changed drastically in the last half century, and especially in the last decade, and it will continue to change. People like you have become the minority and it will only get worse for you as time goes on.
No, it won't "continue to change". It doesn't really matter anyway since its up to each individual to determine how many sexual partners they have, but part of being an adult is learning to live with the consequences of your choices. No matter what happens social justice wise or gender equality or "political correctness" a woman with many sexual partners will never be viewed in the same way as a man with many sexual partners. It just won't happen. If you're deluded into thinking it will and you are happy thinking that, think whatever you want and do whatever you want.
But what you think is happening or will happen, will NEVER happen.
