Is it normal to have my heating pad on at 110f all the time?

So i have a heating pad, its just a pad that heats. It has different settings (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) and shuts off after 2 hours. I always keep it at 110f and it feels so nice, i have not gotten any burns. I have been doing this for a week. IIN?

    It might eat your electricity up, but I use an electric blanket every night. I find the warmth to be embracing, it helps me sleep
