Is it normal to have full body tremors with anxiety?

I haven’t had this happen anytime in my life except when I met by ex in 2015. Whenever she got mad at me I always got full body severe tremors to the point where my teeth were chattering. I figured it was anxiety and stress. Even though we’re just friends now she still gets upset with me from time to time and I still get the shakes.

I hope that's why she's your ex-girlfriend. Also please always remember she's your ex for a reason. Just out of curiosity, was she violent? I'm also curious as to whether or not she reminded you of one or both of your parents. Listen to your body, dear heart. After my most recent breakup I had chronic diarrhea and nosebleeds on a daily basis.

    • Not violent in an physical abuse way, but she does have PTSD and could be a little harsh. Sometimes she reminded me of my dad, who has narcissistic traits.

I think you ought to spend as little time with her as possible. Try to phase her out of your life; ghost her.

Not normal. You have an anxiety disorder.

    • Good. I was hoping it was anxiety and not something else.

Women that are extraordinarily talented at head games can do that to you. Ghost her immediately. Your mental health is dropping fast.
