Is it normal to have discoloration

SO i dont know if this is a problem for other women but it is for me. So in between my thighs were my thighs rub together there is to patches if skin that darker than my actual skin color, i dont know why it is like that but whatevr

I'm like that. Ain't nonethin wrong it comes from the thighs rubbing . Sometimes it turns red for me.
