Is it normal to have chills down my spine everyday?

Ok, so I'm having chills down my spine since my childhood. At least once a day. Even if it's not cold or watching horror movies. it would start happening when something super mundane would happen. like sitting on my PC and moving files around. or when I'm trying to relax. Is this normal?

      I'm actually pretty healthy. never smoked or abused alcohol. so no, I don't take any kind of pills.
