Is it normal to have bumps on my ballsack?

I have bumps on my ball sack. They've been there for as long as I remember. They don't hurt or anything but they look sorta weird but not too noticeable.

Is It Normal?

    I sometimes have that too. I actually asked a doctor about it and she explained that the bumps are swollen hair follicles/poures. They are caused by sweat and dirty underwear. So the best advice I can give to get rid of them is to wash more frequently, and change your underwear more often.

      How big are these bumps, OP? Are they like little chicken skin bumps? If so, it's normal.
