Is it normal to have a six pack that bulges out
I workout a lot, and I'm pretty fit. Naturally, I have a six pack, and I know it because I excel in all sorts of core excersises, and have the definition for one. However, it looks as if my stomach is really bloated, like I swallowed a bowling ball, and it bulges out a little. Despite the bulge, I still see the definition of a six pack though. What is going on?
