I am impressed by the comments so far and there is little I can add. Maybe you could dust the areas with baby powder after you bath or shower. The groins can get very sore if not dried or if they become sweaty.
Generally speaking, the medical profession will agree that skin complaints can be difficult to treat but I would certainly go to a doctor to be examined.
You have to be aware that certain sexual diseases exhibit long term symptoms that can be misleading. I am not suggesting for one moment that this applies to you but being aware of such things is good to know.
Okay, thank you. I've tried baby powder on the rash (tried everything) but that made it more dry and basically made it worse. As for sexual disease, this first occurred when I was about 10 so I'll rule that out.
