One way to judge the cleanliness of a restaurant is by how clean the bathrooms are. If the bathroom looks like hell, the kitchens probably not much better, nor are their hands.
On a side note, if you're a male, tell the manager you're identifying as a female today. Then go into the ladies room and give a thorough health inspection. Then make your decision.
