    I'm holding back the urge to say a smart ass comment but here's my input on your situation. Try talking to Alice, if you know yourself then you'll know her. If that doesn't work then imagine a friend for Alice to play with. Why not make her a friend just like the boy you like, that way you'll both have someone to keep you occupied.
