Is it normal to have a gray hair at age 18

i found my first grey hair at age 7...

My brother's hair is half white and he's had that since he was eighteen, although he has a ton of anxiety issues which I think contributed to it.

My sister had grays when she was in her teens and she still does. My older and younger brothers are the same way. You're normal, Op. If the hair bothers you, get some hair dye and color it to your natural hair color. Though if I had gray and white hair, I wouldn't. That colorless canvas is perfect for crazy shades like purple, pink, or red with no pre-bleaching required.
