If you're a teen now I guess it's normal to be attracted to other teenagers, and you will probably grow out of it. My taste in men has developed throughout my late teens/early 20s and I now like different (and a more diverse range) of men than I used to.
I don't know if you are a gay man or straight woman, but tbh this "Blonde hair + blue eyes + teen-looking" is a very common fetish in the gay community. I find the fetishization of teen-looking men downright creepy personally, if you are older anyway.
