Wait, so your father abused you or was it someone else? I do think this might have something to do with your abuse. I'm the same way. I've always had "issues" with being naked for doctors and doctors having to touch my tummy and look at my genitals. I recently found out that I was sexually abused as a kid and I think that my uncomfortability (I know it's wrong!!!) at being nude around people stems from that. Eventually, you can't avoid this. I suggest you seek help with a professional.
