It's normal, but I wouldn't say advisable. People are very imaginative and have a tendency to project our inner desires onto our outside surroundings. The faceless concept of 'prince charming' or your 'perfect princess' (whichever applies to you) that exists in your head simply came out and latched itself onto a real person.

It's important to note that this concept of an ideal obscures who the real person is. You are not in love with the bus driver or any other stranger whom you become infatuated with; you are in love with the idea that you have arbitrarily associated with them.

It's important because many people fall in love with people they barely know, mistaking the ideal that has latched onto them for who they really are. Many relationships start on shaky ground and eventually fall apart because of this misunderstanding.

Love at the first sight is actually a thing. However don't be surprised if you get disappointed.

Yes,but stop yourself a little. That might be only a love at first sight or a simple crush. Evaluate everything first before completely going into it. :)
