Is it normal to have a 4 in penis

I am 15 and I have a small penis. Recently I measured my penis and found out it was 4 inches, meanwhile my cousin who is 12 has like a 6 or 7 inch penis. I am only 5 foot 2 and have a big stomach and thighs.

Is It Normal?

    With your body type, I'd say it's normal.

    Regarding your cousin; unless you've seen it yourself, he could be lying. Now I'm not telling you to ask him to see it as that would be frowned upon by many, but keep in mind 12-year-olds lie quite often.
