I think there is, to a degree, nothing wrong with it. I prefer pagan religions, they are generally peaceful and open minded but I respect everyones religious beliefs as long as they're good people. It's obnoxious though when someone is so hardcore into their religion that they think they know better than everyone and constantly shoves it down everyones throat. I think personal beliefs are private. If believeing a certain thing is something which really benefits your life and helps you forward then it's not something you need to go on about to prove how superior you are, or use it as an excuse to spread hate. Unfortunately people do that though. I don't think it should be such a big deal really. Let everyone have their belief but in private, preferably.
