Perfectly normal. I can't stand them. They are cheeky and disrespectful. I decided at the age of 8 that I didn't want them and have never wavered (although I can't have them for a multitude of reasons).
Technically you dont hate the kids. You hate the parents who raised the kids to be like that.
Makes some kind of sense.
