Rule of my thumb is, is to always go at home. I hate public toilets because you never really now what the people who went before you did. They could have done something really kinky or disturbingly disgusting. You always don't know what kind of bacteria or diseases are contained in public hell hole. O_o On the other hand, some serious problems can arise if you don't go when you feel the urge to go, like constipation. Or, there's the risk of going on yourself whether it be in your office or on your way home.
