It's normal to be jealous. But then it's normal to recognise that jealousy as an instinctive and involuntary response and nothing more. His saying that is an admission of having a sex drive. It's not saying he finds you less attractive than her, wants to break up with you and go out with her, wants to cheat on you with her etc. etc.
If it really bothers you, mention to him that it makes you feel bad when he describes other girls as sexy.
But most people who are secure in their relationship and trust their partner are comfortable enough to discuss celebrity crushes and the like. One of my ex's found Johnny Depp really hot. Another one found Marlon Brando really hot. We could happily discuss famous people we found attractive, and it wouldn't mean anything. As I say, it's a sign of security and maturity when you can do so without feeling threatened.
