      By your definition all woman who likes to eat and get a little chubby have all those disease? People can say too women who eat too little end up anorexic or have hypoglycemia and other conditions (look up Karen Ann Quinlan case if you must). The op said he/she just likes watching, not telling them what to do. Both over eating and under eating have their flaws not necessarily watching some one gain weight means watching them gain weight to the point they are medically considered unhealthy....

We are all aware that it will lower your life expectancy, and we are all aware that it's unhealthy. Newsflash, this is a personal choice and a personal preference.
