Are you asking is it normal to get stoned in general? Or are you asking is it normal for muslims to get stoned?
And by stoned do you mean smoking weed? Or by stoned to you mean throwing stones on a person as a way of execution?

Yes it is normal to get stoned in general. I am betting that it is normal for Muslims to get stoned, (as in high). With stoning as an execution; in general no it is not normal, and for muslims to use stoning as a form of execution... from what I hear yes.
Do I think it is ok. to use stoning as a form of execution.... NO!

I get stoned all the time, what seems to be the question here? To get stoned or to remain sober?

There was (is?) a clan of Arabs who were (are?) called Hashishin or "users of hashish". I assume they were stoned much of the time.
