Is it normal? Everything about (guys) urine turns me on. If I hear a guy say somthin like "I gotta pee." or "I gotta take a piss." I get chills.     Everybody has fetishes whether they admit it or not. I think a pee fetish is relatively harmless as long as you're sanitary about it.
